🏨 Hotel Bookings
Free of Charge
We earn our money from the hotel. You pay the same price as booking directly. We also add special partner perks for you. There are no markups and no booking fees.
🗺️ Trip Design Retainer
This fee is for full trips. It covers trips with multiple stops built from scratch. The fee pays for research, trip design, our chats, and any edits.
We will apply this fee as a full credit later. You get this credit once you spend a certain amount on hotels (see the table below).

Note: This fee is non-refundable. It pays for the design work we do, even if you do not book the trip. If you use the same trip plan later, you still get the credit.

📋 Rules & Payment Terms
Extra Fees

| Canceling or changing a booking | ₹1,500 per booking (plus any fees from the hotel or airline). This is free for refundable hotel bookings if you tell us in time. |
| Rush planning (under 48 hours) | ₹5,000. This does not apply to simple hotel bookings. |
| Card payment fees | ~2.4% for local cards. ~3.5% for global cards. Free for bank transfers and UPI. |
How to Pay
- Planning Fee: You must pay this before we start working on your trip.
- Deposits: Hotels and airlines often need a 20–30% deposit when you confirm.
- Final Payment: You must pay in full 45 days before you leave. Non-refundable parts must be paid right away.
- Ways to Pay: We accept NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and bank cards.
Taxes
- GST: We add an 18% tax to our service fees.
- TCS: We add a 2% tax on International Packaged Tours. This means any trip outside the country with a hotel stay and a travel part (like a flight or car).
- TDS: This only applies to company or business bookings.
Important: All fees are listed in INR. Fees are non-refundable unless we say otherwise. The hotels or airlines may charge their own fees on top of ours. Your booking is not confirmed until you pay.
